I was on my way to grab breakfast this morning when I saw a biker get hit by a cab. No major damage done... or this story would be a lot more interesting. Just a bent wheel and some angry words exchanged.
My initial reaction was "stupid cab driver!" but after thinking about it a little longer, I think I've changed my mind. I must say, as a pedestrian, more of my close calls walking around this city have been with bikers rather than cars. If you drive in the road, follow the rules of the road: stop at stop signs, red lights, etc.
I was too far away to hear how the conversation ended, but from where I was, it looked like the biker just walked away with a busted ass bike!

I hate bikers... i know they don't HAVE to use the sidewalks...and in DC you really can't because they'd most likely hit all the pedestrians, but they pedal like they're invincible and I'm not the best DC driver...I'm lucky I haven't hit any of them yet... WISH I could have seen this just for a lil sweet revenge (since he only hurt his pride and his BIKE)
